How much does it cost to rent?
- Rental fee: $200
- Refundable deposit: $100
- Total due at booking: $300
How do I get my refundable deposit back?
The $100 deposit is fully refunded as long as the facility is left clean and in the same condition it was found.
What tables and chairs are available?
- 50 folding chairs
- 6 6-ft folding tables
- 30 child-size folding chairs in a side room
- 14 folding chairs (mismatched)
What are the cleanup requirements?
Renters are responsible for cleaning up after their event. Facilities left in poor condition may result in forfeiture of the deposit and could affect approval of future reservations.
Is alcohol allowed?
No. Alcohol is not permitted at the Cosby Lake House.
