For Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Veterans' Day, the City of Clay lines its streets with banners honoring the men and women who have served our country — both the veterans who came before and the active military members serving today. Each banner bears the name, branch, and service dates of an honoree, offering our community a lasting, visible way to say thank you.
Service and sacrifice deserve more than a single day of recognition. Through this program, Clay residents can sponsor a banner for a loved one, neighbor, or fellow community member, ensuring their story is seen and remembered by everyone who passes by.
